Heather Gray
Office Manager
Heather has been a part of our practice since 2005. She started out as a dental assistant, but in 2013, she left the “back” and became our office manager. Heather views her coworkers and patients as family and loves coming to work every day, yes this is true! When she is not at work, she can be found riding motorcycles with her husband, Jesse, or hanging out with their three kids. However, if Heather had to pick her own hobby, it would have to be shopping!
Kimberly Pressley
Office Manager
Kim graduated from the dental assisting program at AB Tech in 2009 and has been with our office since 2013. She was a dental assistant with us for 6 years and then stepped into the role of Junior Office Manager. She is married to her hard working, handyman husband, Nathan, and has two beautiful children, Derek and Olivia. Kim stays busy with her kids being involved in numerous sports. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake with her family, being outdoors, and attending Atlanta Braves baseball games!
Erica Cantrell
Financial Coordinator
Erica has been with our practice since 2018. She handles all of our patient accounts and can help you with any of your billing or insurance questions. Erica and her husband are natives to Henderson County and live here with their two daughters, Mckenna and Gracie. When Erica is not at the office, she loves spending time with her family and getting outdoors. She keeps everyone laughing with her witty jokes and she keeps everyone on their toes with her sneaky pranks.
Teresa Case
Treatment Planning Coordinator
Teresa is our Treatment and Financial Coordinator. She has been building friendships around our office for the last 22 years. She takes care of a little bit of everything for us, which is why you may hear her referred to as “Momma T.” Teresa goes above and beyond to see that our patients fully understand their treatment options and that we are as accommodating as possible. She has been married to her best friend Rick for 42 years now! They have 3 wonderful children that have blessed them with 4 of the best grandchildren; Tyler, Miranda, Connor, and Lilee. When she is not in the office, you can often find her in the kitchen baking or out in the back-yard gardening, as well as spending time with her grandchildren and loving family.
Amarissa Jordan
New Patient Coordinator
Amarissa was born and raised in the Sunshine State. She grew up playing in the dirt and swimming in whatever body of water she could find. Around 2006, she decided to follow her gypsy heart and spread her wings. Since then, she has lived in six other states: Tennessee, Nevada, Nebraska, Colorado, North Carolina, and now she is a permanent resident of South Carolina. She enjoys being outside, collecting crystals and spending time with her fur babies, Buddha and Salem. As our New Patient Coordinator, Amarissa is the first person you will speak with when coming to our practice and she loves to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our patients.
Melissa Gordner
Hygienist
Melissa has been with our office since 2003 and in the dental hygiene field for 29 years. Melissa feels like her sweet patients have been her second family for awhile now and she treats each and every one of them like family! She loves educating and providing the best and most comfortable cleaning possible while laughing and having fun in the process. She has three children and a wonderful husband of 25 years, Brian. When she is not at work, she loves to relax, get involved in the community, and go on mission trips.
Lacie Ward
Hygienist
Lacie has been with our office since 2015. Dental hygiene has been an interest of hers since she was a small child. Her favorite part about being a hygienist is the relationships she builds while educating patients about oral health. She is married to her best friend, Justin, who is the Deputy Chief at the City of Hendersonville Fire Department. They have two children, Lane and Caroline, who keep them very busy when she is not in the office. Her family enjoys “glamping” every chance they get. She is an avid runner and loves spending time with her friends and family.
Alicia Baker
Hygiene Department Head
Alicia moved to Hendersonville in 2017 after her and her boyfriend bought their first house. She graduated from AB Tech’s Dental Hygiene program in 2010 and finished her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from ESTU in 2017. She is our recycling advocate around the office. She has a wonderful work ethic and is always willing to help anyone. She enjoys the educating aspect of the job and likes informing patients of their oral health and needs. She loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. She is obsessed with her dog, Toby. When she is not at work, she enjoys taking Toby for walks and hikes in the beautiful mountains. She also enjoys running and working out, mostly so that she can sample the delicious foods from the local restaurants and breweries.
Shelby Slinkard
Hygienist
Shelby was born and raised here in the small town of Hendersonville. She graduated from Dental Hygiene School at Greenville Tech and joined our team as a hygienist in 2019. Shelby loves making connections with her patients and putting them at ease when in the dental chair. The majority of her free time is spent with her family and boyfriend, along with their two golden doodles, Maisy and Indi. She loves the outdoors and is happiest when at the lake or the beach.
Monica Stepp
Dental Assistant Department Head
Monica has been in our office since 2014. She graduated from the dental assisting program in El Paso, Texas in 2013. She was born and raised in Hendersonville. She is very passionate about her job. She loves coming to work every day to educate patients to obtain better oral hygiene. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, Destiny, Tyler, and Austin, and their boxer, Abe. She loves being outdoors hiking, swimming, running, and grilling out.
Marjie Masciarelli
Dental Assistant
Marjie is a native of Hendersonville. She completed the Dental Assisting program in AB Tech in 1979 and completed the Cosmetology program at Blue Ridge Community College in 2012. Marjie has been an asset to our office for 22 years. She has been married to her husband, John, for 36 years. They have two children, Stephanie and Drew, and four grandchildren, Tristan, Ava, Dawson, and Wyatt, along with three dogs.
Cindy McGraw
Dental Assistant
Cindy has been a dental assistant since 2004. She worked in pediatrics for 6 ½ years. Since then, she has been in general dentistry. She has been with our office since 2017. Cindy and her husband, Jerry, have six children and eight grandchildren. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Alejandra Kerr
Dental Assistant
Alejandra has lived in Hendersonville for over 19 years but she is originally from Costa Rica. She loves both countries and travels to see family as often as possible. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has been a dental assistant for five years and she enjoys every day of it. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband and daughter. She recently added a new family member, their dog, Aria.
Diane Hardee
Dental Assistant
Diane is originally from the Tampa, Sarasota area of Florida. While in Florida, her hobbies usually revolved around the water, sailing, power boats, kayaking, and wind surfing. She has enjoyed many years of continuing education in the dental field, this includes her first job, which was working as an assistant with her family dentist. This is where she developed her love for the dental field. Her spare time is spent kayaking and spending time with her dogs, Hannah and Sadie, and her cat, Frank.
Brooke Walker
Dental Assistant
Brooke is from Travelers Rest, SC. She has a beautiful baby girl named Blakely. During her free time, she loves to be outdoors or by the pool. Summer is her favorite season. Brooke is the only girl and has five brothers! She started working here first as a hygiene assistant and then trained to become a dental assistant, which she absolutely loves! She loves her job and her coworkers and loves being part of this family!
Teresa Bryson
Dental Assistant
Teresa was born and raised in Brevard, NC. She is married to her wonderful husband, Vernon, and they have three daughters and one granddaughter. She joined our team in 2019 and has grown to learn so many aspects of the dental world! When she is not at work, she likes to read, jog, ride bikes, and visit her granddaughter. She also has a small petting zoo in her backyard!
Sara Sinex
Hygiene Coordinator
Sara first started working at our practice in early 2020 as our Front Desk Receptionist. Within a few months, Sara was thriving in her position and was given the opportunity to become our Hygiene Coordinator. She has bloomed in her new role and our patients absolutely love her and her positive, upbeat personality. Sara was born and raised in Hendersonville, but she is now a permanent resident of the quiet mountain town of Saluda with her two sons, Kane and Tucker. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, doing DIY projects for her home and taking relaxing trips to Hilton Head to visit her mom. Sara is a true go-getter and works hard to build strong relationships with all of her hygiene patients.
Elianna Page
Hygienist
Elianna was born in Georgia but has lived in Polk County, NC most of her life. She has always had an interest in becoming a dental hygienist since she was young. She graduated from dental hygiene school at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College in 2020. Elianna got married in May 2020 to her childhood sweetheart, Daniel. She enjoys spending time with family, working out, baking, and spoiling her Labrador Retrievers, Drake and Lucy. She says her biggest reward as a dental hygienist is making a positive difference in her patient’s lives.
Julia Stepp
Dental Assistant
Julia joined our team in 2020. She is a native of Hendersonville, NC. She graduated from North Henderson High School. She has three adorable sons, Axton, Pierce, and Dawson. She has two dogs and two Guineapigs. She enjoys camping, fishing, and getting together with friends. Julia loves being a dental assistant and always goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are comfortable while they are in the office for their dental procedure.
