Hey! My name is Dr. Buchanan, and I look forward to meeting you! I am originally from Kennesaw, Georgia. I attended the University of Georgia where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Go Dawgs! After my undergraduate studies in Athens, I attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Sarasota, Florida where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

What I enjoy most about dentistry is partnering with my patients to create their ideal smile while improving their oral health. It is important to me to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for the whole family while also providing the highest quality of care based on the field’s leading academic principles and techniques.
My wife, Jessica, and I love living in Asheville. We both enjoy spending time hiking in the beautiful mountains and exploring the surrounding towns. We also love to build woodworking projects, travel, watch Georgia football, and host friends and family for a firepit or game night.
