In-Office Dental Plan

As an established patient in our Hendersonville office, you have the option to join our low-cost in-office dental plan for a one-time yearly fee. Once you’ve signed up for our plan, you can begin scheduling preventative dental care, like twice-yearly cleanings. When you are ready to sign up for this plan, you may speak to a member of our team in the office to begin the process. The cost of plans are as follows:

• Child (13 & Under): $350
• Adult (14 & Up): $391
• Periodontal Patient: $645
• Denture Patient: $273

Once you’ve paid for your plan, your contract year begins and you can schedule your cleanings and more to ensure the health and beauty of your smile. Our plans are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any treatments you receive in the office that are not covered by your plan must be paid for on the day you receive the service.

If you do not use all of your benefits before the end of your contract year, they do not roll over into the next year. To ensure you are getting the most out of your plan, it is important that you schedule your cleanings and any other necessary treatments before the contract year ends. This will guarantee that you get the most out of your in-office dental plan.
